I pre-qualified three brokers in the Sullivan County area and selected Carol Malek because she understood my marketing priorities and the value I placed on my unique property. Although it took over a year, Carol never prompted me to reduce my price (I did that myself when I decided to), and she kept generating interested visitors. Carol is flexible, informative, and very knowledgeable. She made an excellent, broadly-based presentation, including some special features of my property. She is a dedicated professional and has my unqualified recommendation.

There was a property for sale in Bethel NY It was listed for 39K. I instructed my broker to offer 32K and they counter offer for 37K. I really wanted that property to build my dream cabin so I accepted the deal. I signed the papers and my broker send to Randi. I hired a lawyer and got a personal loan from my bank for cash purchase. I was so excited and did all the research for the property. 2 days later they decided to pull off the deal and told us that someone else offered more money for it. The brokers itention was not to sell to me as I had my broker. Like this the broker won't have to split the commission. They played me dirty. Now I am stuck with a high interest loan and no land. Very sneaky. I would never ever trust this company. 0 stars if I could. They ruined my dream.

The sale isn't complete yet but, so far Malek Properties has been great. I can't praise Mike Rashanski enough. He's professional, punctual and just phenomenal!
