These realtors are NOT the way to go. I moved into a duplex that was sold 3 months after moving in. They sold it to someone that was affiliated with their company which is also buying houses and doing the same thing to other tenants his name is Jorge Martinez. When the duplex was sold they acted super nice asked me to move by February. 5 months into my lease. They assured me they would give me my full deposit back. FYI I have a 5 month old at home which they knew. It was excuse after excuse why they weren’t going to give me my deposit back. They stated that we left the house a mess which was not true. One of the worst real estate and rental agencies to deal with in Cape Coral, FL. One of their worst workers is Rene Alvarez. Rene Alvarez does not respond to emails, telephone calls, or documents sent through certified mail. He only wants to attempt to do business through text messages for some odd reason. He makes verbal agreements that he does not honor. My advice, get more than a verbal agreement and a handshake from this man because he does not honor either. If you do business with him, have him to put ANYTHING he says in writing with his signature in order to save yourself the headaches and hassles the lack of his word will bring. Have only been with them for about a month but was a very easy process and the move in costs were manageable. Very professional brand new duplex so a lottle confusion on which one was purs but otherwise all was great, it was a wonderful and easy experience my only complaint is that the dishwasher and some other minor things need to be addressed before it's our time to leave in a year, hopefullylonger. Asked to let regulator in to see house was in. arely a week but then no one showed up so that was disappointing for no call to cancel it.
