I’ve been very disappointed with the way Makley Place has been managed under the new property manager. The quality of living here has gone downhill fast. Trash piles up in the garage cans, the carpets haven’t been cleaned, and the trash rooms are in terrible condition. We had routine cleaning throughout the week. Now the elevators are covered in mud and dirt. On top of that, there’s been no effort to properly introduce themselves to the tenants or maintain the sense of community we once had. We used to have monthly events that brought everyone together, and now it feels like management doesn’t care at all about resident engagement. Since the new management, Cam and Raheem, took over Makley Place, the quality of living here has gone downhill fast. For nearly $2,000 a month in rent, the conditions are unacceptable. The elevators are disgusting, with floors constantly covered in dirt and even food. The trash situation is out of control, garage bins are overflowing, trash rooms are filthy, and the valet trash service we pay $25 a month for is inconsistent. As a result, garbage piles up in hallways, leaving the building smelling terrible and inviting pests. This is not only unpleasant but a major health concern. Parking is another nightmare. Residents are charged nearly $150 a month, yet people constantly take your assigned spot. When that happens, you’re left waiting on a towing company—if the leasing office is even ope
