My wife and I had been looking at houses in the fulshear area for years when we first met the builder at one of his spec houses. Realtors... I suggest that you accompany your clients to the builder's model or office so that you dont get cut out of the contract. We recently gave our buyers the MLS listing details on one of the builder's spec homes and two days later we found out that our client was under contract because they were told that the price being offered was without realtor compensation. Called the owner of the company and he basically said 'too bad ".
