I signed for my condo in SoHo with Majesty Title years ago and they were so rude to me and my parents at closing. They didn’t know who the buyer or seller was, they didn’t have good customer service (have a nice drink or picture opportunity for us) and were just cold. It was not memorable at all so I hated the experience. I had to take my own picture outside of the building just to commemorate it for myself. Not going to work with them again for future purchases.
