Majestic Parc

Absolutely loving my experience at Majestic Parc Apartments! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this place was fantastic. The units themselves are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. What really sets Majestic Parc apart is the management team—they’re incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and there’s a real sense of community here. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Special shout-out to Kari and Alissa, they are exceptional and continuously go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place that feels like home and luxury all in one, but Majestic Parc nails it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, upscale living experience! 5 stars all the way!

The office staff here is truly exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns, making you feel valued and heard. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, always handling issues quickly and with care. Plus, they organize fun events for the community, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. This is definitely a place worth considering!

We moved here from out of state for school and were nervous to sign a contract without seeing the area or apartment first, but it turned out even better than we expected. We were deciding between Majestic Parc and Timberlinks and landed here because of the good reviews of the complex. We’ve been here over a year so I can confidently say I highly recommend it! The office staff is top notch and always willing to hear you out if you’re having issues. They’re all animal lovers and keep treats in the office for both humans and dogs. The gym is nice too! Only thing I would add is a barbell, but it has enough for basic workouts. The maintenance team is so happy to help with whatever you need. Todd is hilarious and fun to chat with. The pool is never busy during the day (we never go at night)

I have been enjoying my new apartment. The pool is year around and the GYM is a very nice area I can get a good workout. We even have a half court basketball court that’s fenced in! Highly recommend you see Alissa and Kari inside the office. Very courteous and intelligent woman working there! =)

We lived here for 3 years and enjoyed it the whole time. The apartments are bright and well designed, it really felt like a home. Kari and Alyssa were always super kind and helpful whenever we had questions. We’ll miss it!
