Several problems with our apartment. Plumbing is awful, there’s raw sewage under our porch because the catch tank has no lid and the toilet keeps backing up even after they sent a plumber out. Our neighbor has no electricity and when I went into the basement (that’s full of trash, mice, and mold because there’s leaks.) the wires connected to the breaker box sparked and almost caused a fire. They take literally forever to fulfill maintenance request and when they do it’s always a cheap poorly done job. These are greedy slumlords stay far away.

My grandson previously rented a unit in this building. During his tenancy, he experienced repeated harassment and several personal items went missing following inspections that were represented as routine ‘fire safety checks.’ Also after the fire safety check, his window still didn't open properly. Despite our complaints, the management did not address these issues. He has since moved out and now resides with me. I would avoid this company at all cost.

They buy houses in good shape and renovate them unnecessarily to raise prices in the area. This is a common theme, also, take a look at all the 5 star ratings, the last names all have something in common. If you're looking for quality, look away from Majer Management.

Very easy going, helpful, quick to solve any issues. Entire rental experience was positive. When it comes to renting, Majer Management is the best in Centerville.

I’ve lived in centerville my entire life, I rented an apartment off of a man my father knew. Well, short to say, he grew old and had to sell the building. The apartments were $500-550 each, of all 4 units in the building. Major Management bought this building and immediately raised the rent to $650-750 and one downstairs was a whopping $1000. Bills were transferred into our names instead of having them paid, being the apartments are very small studios in each unit. Needless to say, if you are a local resident of centerville, you know this company is buying MANY buildings and up charging every single one of them. Greed comes a long way in property management. WARNING: stay away from these people! They just want your money!
