Maison De Ville Apartments

This place look like abandon place. After the Hurricane that just head houston July 07 until now grass trees and trash are all over the place. They love to collect rent but don't care to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. I'm not recommending this place to any of my friends or family.

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. these are the worst apartments i have lived in and most of all, the worst ones in greenspoint. first, the management is horrible and rude and they are all liars literally! both YAZMIN AND MIRSHA second of all, the apartments are full of mold and roaches and the apartments are just overall dirty and nasty. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Worst apartments in greenspoint , office is never open. Had mold in my apartment told the maintenance guy and he told me to tell the people in the office but like always there was never no one there. Would not recommend this place to no one.

You can make it a home but my problem was more maintenance issues. The maintenance guy was good but as far as the front office... it made it worst because they'll wait til its completely done for and then try and have someone fix it.

do not move here, mirsha and jazmine have a horrible way to care for the residents, they always have the office closed and if you have an emergency they take days to go to fix things, apart from that they collect what they want in cash and apart from that they do not give proof, a lot of people are moving from here because of them, Don't Rent Here!!!!!
