I had such a great experience with this team! Keith, the maintenance tech, came out with Kurt to replace my refrigerator, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. After they finished the installation, Keith noticed that my mailbox was broken. Without even mentioning it, he went out, bought a brand-new mailbox, and installed it himself. That level of care, initiative, and dedication truly goes above and beyond. Keith’s hard work does not go unnoticed. Kurt told me I was in good hands, and he was absolutely right. Both of them were professional, kind, and amazing to work with. Thank you both so much!

Keith Hughes came in and assessed the issues I stated in my maintenance request, said he would be back with everything he needed and was done in 5 minutes. I’m extremely happy with his attention to detail and how polite he was. No complaints at all.

The very nice gentleman that came in, his name was Keith. Such a pleasant person and went out of his way to make sure that there was nothing additional besides what he was sent out to do. Then went out of his way to go to the store buy the Supply required to finish a job that he could have very well given off to someone else for a later service call and came back and completed all his work. I do not recommend this company to rent from AT ALL. They are overpriced, and I can’t justify the price when their maintenance team is unqualified and barely show up to fix things. I have had problems in the house we rent since we moved in that they do not know how to fix and will not get a proper vendor to come look at these things. It’s always the same maintenance man who comes and most the time, he can’t fix the problem. And if by some chance he does, the fix isn’t for long and I have to put in a request for the same problem we had before. We’ve had several leaks that they can’t fix because they’re unqualified and not plumbers! They don’t seem to care about our water bill. And their scheduling system is awful. They don’t reach out to you to see what works for you. They say they work on
