Rented a great apartment from this company and throughout my entire stay they were on top of every need that came up! Although they are family run and have unconventional working hours, they were always very quick to respond to emails at all times. Went through the process of subleasing with my roommate during my rental and they were consistently following up making sure things were aligning with both mine and my roommates interests in mind. They have been nothing but kind and accommodating and I would recommend renting from them to anyone looking to move in Richmond!

I rented through a property of theirs for almost two years. They were super friendly, prompt with maintenance requests, and were honestly some of the best landlords I've ever had in Richmond. They even reached out to me about my address to send my deposit check back when I thought I'd updated it in the system. Highly recommend.

My partner and I lived at one of their properties for almost five years. We loved the property company and employees, they were helpful and extremely responsive. We never had an major issues with the property itself, it was in great condition and was amazing value for the size and location. WOW! This team made living at 1016 W Franklin St an absolute pleasure. From parking to maintenance to switching out a tenant on our lease after 2 years when I received an offer out of state, Melissa and everyone at this family owned and operated firm is amazing. Incredibly reliable, responsive (even after hours), and understanding, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend their buildings to prospective tenants and services to owners!
