Devan, the apartment manager has been great. He was very helpful with the move in process and his communication has been great. We’re so excited to live here, it’s very nice here and a good, quiet location. Devan helped us with all the questions we had with the application process and ensured that everything went smoothly. He really made everything easy. Every question I asked was responded with an answer. Out of all apartment managers I’ve worked with, he’s been one of the best to work with and he’s made everything easy. Thanks so much Devan! Can’t wait to be fully moved in!

Do not move here! We lived there 2 years. They went through 4-5 property managers in that time and countless maintenance people. Communication and response to issues were usually left un answered until you called them and emailed multiple times There was an occasion where we smelled a chemical burning smell in the apartment. We called the emergency maintenance line and they deemed it a non emergency. It turns out our hot water heater was malfunction and was burning the insulation (health and fire hazard). It took a week to get a new water heater in the middle of winter. Don’t expect your security deposit back. We are normal, clean people. They withheld more than half of our security deposit for various mundane reasons that any reasonable landlord would consider normal wear and tear. Thi

The manager Madi at this apartment complex is wonderful! I contacted her a few months back about an apartment and there weren’t any available at the time. Within a few weeks, she was notified that someone was moving out in the beginning of November. She contacted me right away to see if I was interested. Within a few days I signed my lease. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting me information and things I needed to know for it being my first apartment. Nice to have a friendly face who is willing to help and provide accurate information. :)

The property manager Brianna is professional and extremely helpful! She does her job well and response right away to any issues you have. Eddie the maintenance man is very thorough with his work and gets everything done right away. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring to the area.
