Maiden Choice Apartments

I am a former tenant of this apartment. I wish I could do a negative rating for their management team. I have done numerous emails/calls to get my deposit back but there’s no response. I am still getting rent overdue emails which is adding up to my non-existent account. This could impact my rental history on a majorly and put me in a bad situation. The houses are nice but it’s not worth to spend your energy fighting each day with the management team.

They don't care at all. If you have a mice problem or your carpet is bad, or you want to amend you lease by adding someone or you want to get your deposit back. NOTHING AT ALL is possible here. Never ever take a lease here, you will suffer for 1 year. In my apartment, the floors were being wet because of AC leakage and they did not even bother to change the carpet or fix the problem. My friends who were a old resident did not get their deposit back even after 6 months. Never ever stay here. RUN.

Landlords are completely unresponsive and uncaring about any issue with the building. There are cockroaches and rats everywhere no matter how clean you are. Packages get regularly stolen and landlords installed cameras but won’t let you see the footage and do nothing about it. Maintenance dripped rotten meat juice all over the stairs and it took them over a month to come back and clean up, after 5-10 phone calls and requests to wash the stairs. This is an unsafe, unclean building. Landlords do not even live in the state. They will charge you the absolute maximum in rent and can’t even do the bare minimum to keep their tenants safe. Move in literally anywhere else, do not come here. They are slumlords and you and your stuff is not safe here.

Worst management, worst maintenance.. they said since the water is free why bother repairing the leaks… roaches and rats everywhere.. these people should pay you for living here because the amount of health and mental trauma you face everyday all the time… the security doors never work, packages are stolen and people get hit in the eye and the amount of crime these people ignore in these apartments is crazy… living here is such a struggle you that should be awarded
