One of the best in her field ...efficient, fast, knowledgeable and professional, Sharon got me top dollar and made the whole selling process absolutely painless..... Mahoney Reality is the first agency that has actually sat us down and talked with us. They greeted us kindly, showed us around a property, and treated us like human beings. The Mahoney's are decent, hard-working people, that express great patience and respect for their clients.

I am executor for my Dad’s estate. He passed Father’s Day, 2018. I live in Tennessee. Carol Smith sold my childhood home in Pennsville. I accepted an offer at 30 days, which is so much faster than I ever imagined. I lived in the house, nearly full time. Carol and I communicated every week, and she took care of things the few days I was not there: little worries as well as not so little. My house sold quickly and Carol made it stress-free. (I fluster easily and worry about everything). She also has a good knowledge of the history of Pennsville houses. I don’t know if that really matters but it sure was nice to know.

I have been trying to contact someone from Mahoney for 3 days. I have left voicemails and also sent a private message to the person who has a certain house listed. I even spoke with Eileen and told her I was trying to look at a home. Her response was "keep trying to call her she will call you back" Very unprofessional. I will not be using Mahoney Reality!

Don't hire them, no matter what! I'm a long distance property owner and I only learned recently that they have NO SIGNS up on my property, after 6 months and multiple complaints to Jeff, the realtor I was dealing w/. They put no signs up and he hasn't even seen the property in at least 5 mths. Jeff, the realtor, lied to me several times telling me signs were up -- however, I have neighbors. They have emailed and called me occasionally over the past 6 mths and they always tell me they drive by the property every day and there is NOT ONE SINGLE SIGN. So either my neighbors have taken it upon themselves to contact me and tell me blatant lies, or Jeff, the realtor who knows I'm 400 miles away and not driving by the property, is lying to me. I wonder, wonder, who I should trust? Next door neig
