After an ENTIRE SUMMER with no AC, they finally fixed our central air. But only when it started getting cooler outside, so at least the next tennant will have AC. There's still roaches everywhere because they refuse to treat properly. There's latchkey children running around, constantly causing issues, stealing fire extinguishers, playing with stolen shopping carts, ramming them into people's cars, even abusing animals! Isn't that just somewhere you want to live? Oh it gets better. Let's not forget felons with firearms walking around the premises who aren't even supposed to be here which management does nothing about. Management and whoever is in the office don't seem too keen on doing extra work or making the community better. The first 2 times I called the phone was hung up or put on hold before a single word was spoken. Iv offered my services to them 3-4 times. Haven't gotten past the introduction phase, they can't be bothered with extra paperwork or labor and you can tell. Stay safe, stay blessed don't let my voice affect your opinion

They took our full deposit and added on $600 that 'we owe' but our lawyer has seen the videos/pictures we took when we moved out and he does not agree in the slightest. They just want more money.
