Run run run... Don't stop here... Mold, they never fix anything, and the staff got the last 5 years has been unprofessional. The maintenance man walks around on the phone all day and never fix anything...

Worst, wouldn’t recommend at all, don’t like fixing nothing… they harass you about documentation….. literally come up with something every 2 weeks…. I complain about mildew, complain about sink, and complain about bathroom and it’s been three or 4 months and they still didn’t come out…: their excuse is they gotta fix apts that on top magnolia terrace by light…
I stay out here and they never like to fix nothing and they fast do everything I wouldn't recommend it all these apartments have mildew in them
terrible, and the schools there are even worse, they bullied me for years since elementary
