Make sure you read the newest reviews as management has changed and as a resident I can vouch I’ve seen change for the better. Nice office staff. They have flex payment options if you need help here and there with rent. Management is constantly trying to improve the area, so yes they have rules, (nothing crazy) but trust me it’s better than the place being run down and ghetto. They have consistent pest control and lawn people weekly. Maintenance is super friendly and helpful. Has a dog area, and 90% of the time they have bags available for free to dispose of your dogs 💩 , which is nice because who likes paying for something like that?! Apartments are decent, good size. Stuff breaks - they fix it. Lots of kids in the complex, good school district (this is HUGE to me). Dylan Norman

I don’t give five star ratings to freely. And although there are some things that have been bumps in the road, all of the problems have so far been resolved To my satisfaction, and that means to me that even when things go bad and something fails, the people here are pleasant to deal with, and they do their job well. From a corporate point of view, this is technically a 4.9 rating and if you really want that extra .1 fix your emergency contact maintenance line. The property manager, Nikki is pleasant to deal with. She goes out of her way to try and accommodate and truthfully, she’s a big part of the reason why I agreed to sign the lease here. Been here going on 3 years. Minus one star for inconsiderate tenants. Other than that, any issues I have ever had were addressed. Maintenance is always on point to help. Nikki is always willing to work through problems to the best of her abilities.

If I could I would’ve gave these apartments a 0 rating these apartments by far are the worst and a joke my first apartment when I moved out of my momma house these apartments are roach, lizard, and every other bug infested my ac was leaking very badly to the point of no return I had to put a bucket underneath the unit to stop the water from dripping until someone from maintenance came to fix it these apartments needs to be renovated by them being much older when my lease was up I was out and never looked back run run run I do not recommend these apartments and yes my new apartment homes are very beautiful and upscale with modern day luxury appeal

I have lived here now for over a year and I absolutely love living here. MS.NIKKI in the office is amazing and is always staying on top of any requests that I have. The maintenance team is amazing. Kevin and the other guys work hard to keep up the units and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. They may not be a 10 star place but ya know they are clean, nice, pleasant and in my opinion the 2 bedroom I have is plenty big enough for me. The closets have plenty of space and the units are very nice. I really seriously can not say anything negative at all about this place. This is the first apartment complex in jacksonville that I have ever renewed my lease at and at this point I don't plan on leaving. I would recommend anyone to live here.
