He was very professional and thoroughly walked me through everything wrong with the house, giving his expert opinion on which issues were the most essential, and which ones could wait(which was very helpful because as a first time home buyer I'm not knowledgeable about home repairs, etc ). I could tell right away that he knows his stuff. He was also competitively priced. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house.
