Magnolia Square

I would like to thank the team at Magnolia Square in Naples Florida for having us at their apartment community. I specifically would like to thank Robert Pijeira, who was my agent that handled the application, tour, move in, throughout our experience living there, and through move out. The experience Robert gave with the tour was great with his knowledge and excellent customer service, the application process was quick and while living there he went above and beyond day to day and I believe when we toured and then moved in Robert had recently received a promotion for Leasing Manager and I was very happy to hear that he was promoted to Assistant Manager shortly after. I can't say enough good things about this community. The apartments are beautifully designed and truly feel like home! The amenities are top-notch and even include a steam room, sauna, golf simulator! The location couldn't be better-close to everything you could need. There is a great sense of community and there are even creative parties monthly. The staff is always friendly and professional and go above and beyond for their residents. Mollie was especially helpful through the leasing process. I have not lived in an apartment community that checked all the boxes like Magnolia Square does. Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve lived at Magnolia Square for 3 months now and wanted to share the pro’s and con’s that I’ve observed in this short time. Having owned homes at a few high-end communities over the years (Grey Oaks, Talis Park, etc), I was in need of a short-term temporary apartment for a year. With that said, I am overwhelmingly impressed so far, but like any place you live, there are always issues or things that could be better. But the list is short and the pro’s far outweigh the con’s. Pro’s Location - I can’ think of a better location where you can be downtown in less than 15 minutes, Mercato in 10, and you can walk to the beach in 20-25 minutes. There are a few walkable restaurants right out the door, and management has a rotating list of food trucks that come occasionally. Staff - Everyon

I’ve lived at Magnolia Square for about a year and it has been a wonderful experience! It is clean and well maintained, quiet, in a fantastic location, has lots of amenities, and management is very accommodating and helpful. The apartment holds frequent resident events, yoga/meditations, breakfasts, and lots of activities to connect and meet people. Nancy, Zoey, and Robert are the absolute best and I’m happy to call Magnolia Square home!

I just moved into Magnolia Square and am very happy with my decision. It’s a lovely property with extraordinary amenities and extremely dedicated, helpful & kind management team. This building is managed extremely well with Nancy at the helm, and Robert & Elise are always available to answer questions or assist with any needs. The staff is professional and genuinely cares for their community which is evident. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with my move -in , which was stressful because it was a long distance move. I’m now happy to call Magnolia Square home!
