I want to thank the staff of Magnolia Ridge soooo much for all the help and effort they've put into helping my husband and me with the process of getting the apartment. They were extremely patient with all my millions of questions and took the time to explain everything to us. They are very professional and work very hard to make sure all is well and right. Hands down the best staff; Ms. Carolina and Ms. Ginny!

Magnolia Ridge was so fast and efficient with my move in process. The staff was very helpful on answering all my questions and concerns. I applied and got approved within two weeks. Shoutout to Carolina for assisting me throughout this whole process she was amazing.

Just wanna start by saying quickest and most efficient help I’ve gotten from this team getting into an apartment. Carolina was the best with accommodations and helping the move in process speed along. She need a raise the way she works her magic!!

I have only been here for a short time, but my kids and I love it so far. Carolina is who i have mainly dealt with since touring, and is by FAR the sweetest and most understanding person I’ve met here and really tries to help make you comfortable and happy living here. My kids love the playground and the pool most of all, but i love the trees and how peaceful it feels and looks compared to the townhouse i had before. All apartments have their issues, but I haven’t had any here and look forward to building my life with my kids here!

I have lived here for about 6 months and so far it has been pretty decent. I really enjoy the aesthetic with the old oak trees, the red brick buildings and the price of rent. Now the downsides. Flooding is a problem, not with it getting into my apartment, but with getting to your apartment. The drainage is not great and have gotten many wet shoes after a rain storm. The gym still isn't open even though they told me it would be open a few weeks after I moved in. Also, the A/C is dependent on the outside weather. Below 55 degrees is when the heat will kick on, so have blankets. Also, if you have guest that will come over, it is kind of inconvenient for them with the gates, which is also a good thing for safety.
