I have a lot to say read at your own risk: I have been here for almost a year and I am TIRED. I just want to give a thank you to all of the maintenance staff Calvin, Harvey, and Jessie and a big thank you to the Property manager Kiara- these 4 are always working! They do the absolute best they can with what they have ! But while living here I’ve endured inhabitable living conditions and complaining to corporate does absolutely nothing! I’ve done some research and this complex is managed by KETTLER and owned by APRIL HOUSING. Not sure is April housing is aware but KETTLER IS HORRIBLE. They are not Georgia based but all of their Georgia apartment complexes seems to be neglected! (Judging by the reviews of the other complexes) I have went without pest control for MONTHS simply because we did

I was calling for 3 whole days straight to set up a tour. Finally got annoyed went there for a tour. Let’s say I wouldn’t even recommend my enemy pet to live there. When I first came in I sat there for a 10 minutes watch the man in the front let the phone ring. No wonder why I wasn’t getting nobody. Which found out he was the same guy took me on tour. Going on tour I seen heck trash everywhere. Even seen multiple buildings with HUGE DEADLY SPIDERS. Spider webs so huge to the point anybody even kids would walk in. They clearly don’t care about anybody safety here. Walk past an apartments you can tell it was vacant with trash right in front. Not somewhere I would recommended.

My experience so far with Mark Williams at Magnolia Pointe has been anything short of A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! I felt very welcomed upon entering the office and he made me feel really comfortable throughout the rental application process. He is also very responsive to phone calls and emails, which is very much appreciated. Thank you for making my experience easier than I thought it would be, Mark!
