Magnolia Pointe Apartments

this has literally been the worst two years of my life. Management is extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. I have been lied to multiple times about documents that I have signed. Also, there is mold in my apartment that they have not even tried to get fixed instead, they come in and clean it. My air conditioner has broken multiple times. They never come and fix anything, I don’t remember the last time they have fixed or changed my vent, instead of patching up holes, they put things on top of it, instead of fixing my door they stuffed the tissue in it to allow the door to close, I will be posting pictures as well. The manager of the office is extremely rude and always has an attitude. I am currently trying to move, but the manager is basically refusing to sign any of my paperwork. I w

Ive been here 4 years going on 5 years. Jamya in the office is the best and tries her hardest to make your experience pleasurable. Maintenance request take longer due to being understaffed but troy and nick try they hardest to get the job done in a timely manner.

UPDATED 06/25/25 I want to be clear, I am still here NOT because I like it, NOT because it's nice but because the cost of living is out of control in the area. Living here has been a horrible experience. Every renewal, my rent increases and the promise of better service is made AND NEVER KEPT. Rent across the street. Rent anywhere but here. Kids loiter near the playground, cursing, smoking marijuana, being loud and leaving trash behind. Maintenance requests go unaddressed and there is no communication made about those requests. Cheap improvements are made to empty apartments to give the illusion of them being well maintained. I have a growing list of repairs that have been needed FOR YEARS that never get addressed. I am grateful, and very thankful for the maintenance team Troy and Nick that are over seeing repair work in my complex, awesome work you guys especially during the holidays you mad sure I was ok...and I am very pleased. Thank you guys!

I have had a very good experience so far. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys have been great. JB and Bobby are responsive and want to make things right. They definitely take pride in their work.
