Magnolia Place at Stockbridge Apartments

I visited Magnolia Place Stockbridge this past Saturday. Before I even visited the property I called ahead to ask a few questions. A wonderful lady my named Hailey answered. From the beginning she was very nice, polite and helpful. I have to say she was the exact same when I meet her in person. Hailey was very professional , courteous and kind. She really gave me hope again in great customer service. Hailey gets a top 10 in my book. Thank you so much for your help 👏👏👏

The apartments are really nice and well maintained. I moved in temporarily while my house was being sold, and the process was smooth and stress-free. Haylee and Carmen were both extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout everything. They made the transition so easy and were always willing to answer questions or help when needed. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend these apartments.

BEWARE!! Lived in magnolia place for a year. The apartment reeked of cigarettes from the moment I moved in. Apartment advertised a microwave and there was no microwave in unit. When I moved in the door to the sink was broken. I didn’t waste my time complaining but wasn’t told about the washer and dryer rental fee until after move in… after they installed my washer and dryer the hot and cold faucets were placed opposite. Complete lack of care for doing the job right , it’s clear all they care about here is money. My neighbor would harbor stray cats and nothing was done about it. Like 10 cats living by my stairs that I’d have to make my way past at night and even the day as well. The water was always being turned off for plumbing issues. Then they tried to raise my rent 150 in a year for

First I want to say Carmen is amazing. Even with last-minute arrangements, she was able to move quick and to get me into the desired unit. Her flexibility has helped my family so much. Maintenance came in extremely quick. I’m loving my unit so far and I look forward to my stay here at Magnolia Place.

I lived in Magnolia Place at Stockbridge for 5 years; just moved out in July 2025. (Moved in when it was still Winnstead) The staff here are amazing from the front desk, property manager (Carmen), and maintenance (Humble). As a single woman, I always felt safe and secure. My maintenance requests were completely timely by Humble and his team. Amazing apartment experience. Carmen was also responsive and answered any questions I had. 10/10 recommend!
