Magnolia Heights

We had a very disappointing experience with Tonhaus. They promised to complete important repairs before our move-in date, but never followed through. Despite multiple reminders, nothing was done. On top of that, the unit had a terrible and persistent smell that made it extremely uncomfortable to live in. We tried everything we could to get rid of the odor — airing out the space, using air purifiers, and cleaning — but nothing helped. This was especially concerning and potentially harmful for our newborn baby. To make things worse, the photos we were shown before moving in were completely misleading. The apartment themselves are nice on the inside. The management team is not responsive. Outside work/maintenance is not maintained. Had to send several emails/request to get basic stuff done. There is trash all over the ground. Prices would be fair if the management team maintained the grounds. Still no pool access after being told it would be open over the summer.

Very nice on the lots of room. Quiet on the outside plenty of parking spaces really a nice place to live

Only thing I'm waiting on is the pool to be completed.
