Loren was so helpful and dedicated , I got approved and moved in faster than I ever have! The apartment was cleaned and move in ready within a matter of days !! 10/10 , so great ! Update : I’ve been here almost a month now , I locked myself out of my apartment by mistake at 9pm … called Loren and she was there within 15 minutes !!!! Life saver , very understanding , and always right on time !!! Thanks Loren ❤️

The management was very efficient and welcoming! Property is clean very well kept since the new management has taken over.

The owner Ms Loren has a great personality and very helpful and always respond right away to me 🤗 I would recommend her she very Professional and the area is very clean and quiet

So far, I have been here for 2 months, and it is pretty quiet. The floors of my apartment are very nice. The maintenance man jumps on anything I need fixed. I just don’t like the extra fees added to the rent. April 3, 2025, I put in an order for my refrigerator not working, and the landlord mentioned she never received any notice of me putting in a work order when I had my receipts showing where I did. She is not too people-friendly or empathic towards any situation you may have going on. It is almost the end of the month, and the refrigerator is still not fixed, but they want and are complaining about my rent money.
