Yes I would love to say Miss Mileida and Mr David do a fantastic job here at Mongolia apartments they are partners they have set me up both entirely everything that I have going on here with the laundromat with the insurance on my rental and they always smile and you always have something nice to say that they are wonderful people I love that they are doing a fantastic job they have a lot of work to do here and never complain about anything very educational very much people person they look you straight in the eye and tell you the truth very helpful and help me with the entire living arrangement I love how they approach each and every day they come in to work with the business savvy mind of helping and fulfilling the tenants need I am very grateful for the both of them

The property manager would not rent to me over a prior eviction I had which my landlord told me told me she would file so I could get help at the time. I had my son premature. He weighed 1 lb 8 oz. I had an emergency c section. Couldn't work for six weeks. Took FMLA from my job couldn't pay my rent. So my landlord suggested the help office on 19th st to assist. They paid my rent and I'm STILL living at the same residence which I've been at for 5 years. I explained all this to her even my landlord spoke to her and told her I was a good tenant who paid rent on time and she STILL denied my application. I think they only want to rent to Hispanics. Which is discrimination. They are NOT nice people at all!!! I have first months rent and security no background and she denied my application. Just

I have been living here for 12 years. The office staff Mileida and David are very nice and always helpful.

Great Management and Office Staff. Nice and affordable apartments.

To me they are good for 1 person maybe 2 because they are so small
