Magnolia Custom Homes did an incredible job building our new home. We were still living in our prior home/state (15 hours away) during the entire process. Stressful! However, everyone at Magnolia did a great job keeping us informed, scheduling when we would need to be there (3 times during the 7 month build), sending us progress photos, etc. They did everything possible to make it as efficient and stress free as possible. The house is absolutely beautiful. A long time builder friend of ours said he was impressed with their work - and that praise doesn't come easily! Definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

I desperately needed a quality home builder after the initial company that I contracted was not getting the process started in a timely manner. Exceeded our expectations! We chose Magnolia Custom Homes to assist us with purchasing land, with the possibility of also using them to build our home. After researching several local builders, we felt Magnolia was the best team to entrust with our future home. We submitted several design ideas for quotes before finalizing our house plans. They were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We signed the contract in January and received the keys in June. Communication was always open. Questions were answered quickly, concerns were taken seriously, and changes were addressed promptly. From beginning to end, Magnolia Custom Homes was amazing. This was our first custom home experience and it was unexpectedly pleasant.
