Magnolia Crossing

I don't what the Apartments are like now but when I moved in there around August 2017, these Apartments were so nice, never had any pets problems, anytime I needed maintenance they was right on time. Besides the couple next door arguing every day, everything was grear. I didn't mind them arguing anyways because I was being nosey trying to listen.😂 Me personally when it comes to bedbugs nd roaches those come in from previous renters or someone that stay besides you, across from or near you that could be bringing them in, if it's not treated right then, than it can be hard to get rid of them no more how many times they come to spray but when I stayed there my apartment was squeaky clean.😊 I loved it.❤

They have mold, roaches , bed bug outbreaks so bad that before I ever moved in Erin (previous property manager) told me "Yea we have to make everyone sign this because of the bed bug issues, and we want to make sure they are not in the apartment unit now after we have sprayed" they admitted to having these bugs, they dont responsibly for anything and try to suppress your rights as a person , i.e, freedom of speech and just being able to live. Their toilets dont work , they always have PWC out here fixing their problems but only during business hours which is 3 days a week. The exterminator was supposed to come back when I first moved in (DODSON PEST CONTROL IS WHO THEY TRUST THEY SAY) they never came back. When having an issue they are not reluctant in fixing anything WITHOUT PLACJNG THE B

My daughter currently lives there and her and other tenants are wondering where the property manager is. They are scared to leave payments in drop box since no one has been there in a long time. She has called the new management numbers and no answer.

Every night there is a drunk guy yelling at his girlfriend for locking him out. Screaming & cussing at all hours of the night. & management doesn't do anything to stop it. Hope you don't have kids or like sleeping through the night.

I have lived here for over a year and a half and seems like they went through office people a lot and didn't keep the place up very well but Mrs Denise came along a few months ago and really changed this place for the best she is always on top of things %100 I wish she would have been here from the start thank you Mrs Denise
