When I first contacted Pelican Properties I was informed the property located at 208 Moreland in WM was 600.00 a month. You have a copy of the text where the young lady quoted the $600. When I called back and spoke with Step she said oh no it was $700 and I needed to understand human error. After that conversation she said she spoke with Mike and they had to be gracious and rent to us for 650.00. we went and had the criminal background done, also paid them 325.00 for deposit and credit check which I have a yellow sticky that Mike handwrote without a date. Well Mike and Stef I didn't make a human error when my husband came by your office in an attempt to void as no one ever called and said we had the house.
