You can't rate a business without a star. DO NOT RENT HERE! The "management" doesn't know what they are doing. They will Not answer your calls. If your AC breaks down in the summer oh well they don't pick up. The plumbing is awful and you will have rust water when turning on the water. The on site manager lives on property and is NO help.She is 18 years old and any she will tell you, "You have to talk to Cynthia!" Who is her sister and don't help unless they like the tenant. Cinthia discriminates and doesn't treat people like tenants. Oh forget having your TV turned up. Take your hard earned money and rent somewhere else!

La peor experiencia que he tenido rentando ha sido en Magnolia Court, Apartments son los peores managers groseros los apartamentos son muy sucios La alberca toda sucia han entrado a vivir gente ahí no tienes tranquilidad es lo peor de lo peor no les recomiendo rentar en Esos departamentos y se los digo de verdad es lo peor se mira muy bonitos pero en realidad la gente que vive ahí son drogadictos y los managers son pésimos una porquería de apartamentos y desgraciadamente yo vivía ahí por cuatro años aguanté todo eso los managers bien groseros cuando ellos te contestan las llamadas
