Magnolia Court Apartments

Athena was incredibly kind and took her time showing me and my son around her apartment complex. I loved how quiet the neighborhood is and that there are washer and dryers!! She answered all of questions and made me super at home. I really appreciate her professionalism and cannot wait to make this our new home! Thank you again!!

The apartment manager Athena has been absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help my partner and me get through the application process, even when we ran into some unexpected technical issues. She stayed in constant communication and worked with us nearly the entire day to make sure everything was submitted correctly. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication really made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re so grateful for her help!

I have been living at Magnolia Court for going on 10 years. I think it is safe to say that no communal living property is free of some problems. Since I have lived here, Magnolia has gone through growing pains to try and improve the quality of living in the complex and how it is being maintained, however, some of that falls on the tenants who live here as well. We have to be responsible and take care of the community we live in. I have found that the new manager Athena is friendly, responsive and an approachable manager and person, open to ideas and feed back on how to make Magnolia Court a better place to live. There are always problems with the new administration. The person who works in the office always has problems with the money order, he gets lost and does not answer calls.

The parking lot is way too small for the number of residents. The site is maintained very well and has a nice play area for kids.
