Magnolia at Lake Hamilton

I toured this property recently and had a smooth, professional experience. Jennifer showed me around without rushing, was helpful and answered all of my questions. She was delightful! The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the amenities were a plus with a pool and this adorable playground for the kiddos. It’s such a nice community and definitely one to consider if you’re looking in the area!

I toured with Jennifer and I absolutely loveeeee the property. The pool is amazing along with how spacious the apartments are!! I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new apartment!

Wow this property is beautiful. Jennifer was so pleasurable during the tour. She made me feel like I was already at home. Hope I can convince my husband that THIS IS OUR NEW HOME

The unit we toured was well put together and we are loving the washer and dryer (must have) location is tucked away which is also a plus for us. New to the area and we are looking for the right place, Magnolia at Lake Hamilton is definitely on the short list. Shot out to the manager Jenn who took us around today, she’s a sweetheart.
