Magnesium Village

Magnesium Village has been a wonderful place for my family and I! We have lived here for a year, and have genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff is caring and attentive, more than any other apartments I have lived in before! They have events for the residents, very fast maintenance men, and will do their best to help with anything that you request. Jessica leads her staff with such excellence, you can tell by the way the staff talks about their jobs! They have a joy working here and I can tell with every conversation I have with them. I recommend this apartment complex to all who are searching for a place to live!

I’m so thankful to have experienced this beautiful, newer apartment complex, and especially at such an affordable price. The office staff truly make this place feel like home — they truly care about the residents, our safety, and maintaining the property, and it shows. The grounds and community spaces are always clean and inviting, and Jessica in particular is amazing, if you haven’t seen the office or community spaces they really are worth a peek! These units are gorgeous, with ample storage, and brand-new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer (with smart features, aka I can warm up my blanket with my phone!), and stunning mountain views from our balcony. Security features like coded stairwell access and a 5 mph speed limit help the community feel safe, and I appreciate the extra care take

Ive just made a year and so far it has been great, they offer so many events to bring the everyone together. The maintenance man Tony is great , always quick and efficient in his repairs and has a wonderful personality. the office manager Jessica and her staff are always welcoming and great. They are always quick to attend to any concerns and questions. Olivia is also a someone that always goes above and beyond to help and follows up on any concerns. Overall this is a great place to live and i recommend it !!

My friends live here and I love visiting them! Everytime I come, it’s easy to find parking and easy to find the buildings unlike my current apartment. The office girls are so sweet, and I always enjoy my time here. Definitely moving here when my lease is up!

I was new to the area and needed a place. The staff were so friendly and the process was easy. They offer activities, a gym and bbq areas for everyone. They also have an on site security service, Signal Security they walk the property and check around the garages, makes you feel safe! Highly recommended renting your next apartment here, I know I will be renewing my lease!
