Buying a new home can be a stressful experience but Magi keeps it fun and keeps you laughing throughout the whole experience. Magi has a phenomenal attention to detail: after doing a few walkthroughs she was able to learn what we liked and what our priorities were. Magi listed a water view lot for us and when she looked for comps in the area she didn’t just look in the neighborhood but in the general vicinity of water view lots. Listing at a higher price than what we had been told previously. I am sure this comes from her vast experience as a realtor. It was the easiest listing we had ever been involved in. Her prompt response every time we had a question was most impressive. She is very professional while making the process fun.
