We had the good fortune of leasing a property in Emmett, Idaho from Morgan and the Magellan team. From day 0 to 365 Morgan was honest and upfront with lease questions, which we value a great deal. The Innago system that Magellan utilizes is a single source for lease agreement, monthly lease payments and reporting property repairs that may be required. The tool was such a nice resource for communication and managing the finance side of our lease. Magellan is an upstanding business that receives my highest recommendation. Highly recommended and is a trusted treasure valley organization.
