Madrona Park Apartments

I paid application fees for Madrona Park Apartments based on the photos online, but when I saw the unit in person, it looked nothing like the listing images. The apartment was much more outdated with old cabinets and had carpet throughout, which was not reflected in the photos. It also smelled like cat urine. Application fees are non-refundable, so I strongly recommend touring the exact unit before applying. I wish I had known this beforehand. Lost $120

I would not recommend living in these apartments. Kids are not allowed to have toys bikes chalk etc outside in front of apartments. Your not allowed to hang up anything on the balcony to include blinds to block the sun from beaming inside your home. One maintenance man for all properties so good luck getting things fixed in a timely manner. The property management is forcing people to move out. No amenities whatsoever. Oh did I mention that emergency vehicles use the road behind the apartments frequently so I hope you like paying 1750 and listening to sirens fireworks and drag racing all day and night. These are the worst apartments to live in. There are 3 other apartment complexes near by. I'd look at those instead of throwing your money away with these.

My credit was horrible and I was going through a divorce and madrona park apartments gave me a chance when no one else would. I have been here for 3 years now and love it. Management is easy to work with and listens. Happy that I have been able to call this place my home.

The parking is right out my front door and the other residents are friendly. So is the property manager. She always accommodates me when I have issues and has a positive attitude. Would defnitely live here again.

Maintenance is poor and management sucks. No security cameras and is in bad neighborhood
