Madrean Vista Apartments

I haven’t lived here for a week yet but I wanted to say that Clarissa was very helpful and kind, going out of her way to help me get approved. Also the maintenance man is nice and helpful. The place seems like a safe and quiet environment.

The lady that gave us the tour was such a sweet heart to me and my wife. Apologies for not remembering her name but she took the time to really hear us out on our story and current situation and believe me, that's a gem to value. Not many employees nowadays are willing to hear you out despite how society is today.

Do not, under any circumstances, apply to live here. Was lied to about being approved, jerked around for a MONTH only to be told we were denied because of credit after weeks of not hearing anything after being told again that we WERE approved and could sign the lease and move in on the 13th. Out over 100$ and a month of time trying to find a place to live. Disgusting business practices - who can sleep with themselves knowing that they put a family with two small children on such an unnecessary roller coaster ride and left them potentially homeless? Let’s not forget that the “open” hours are useless, the manager either doesn’t show up or keeps the blinds closed to ignore people. And you won’t get a phone call back unless you’re standing there or spamming them. Disgraceful, honestly. Save yo

The places was beautiful the area was nice. The wonderful lady that gave us a tour was very informative and she answered all our questions and made sure we knew what we needed and that she was helping any way.

Mold infested and out dated apartments (they also don’t thoroughly clean apartments before you move in) management seems to not care about fixing. They will charge you anything they can as they see fit. Don’t give notice when management changes hands. Also these apartment complexes have changed names so many times, wonder why that is? 🤨🤔
