I have just moved in about a week now. Apartments are brand spanking new with cute little balconies/terrace. Love the great sound proofing ensuring little noise between apartments. The state of the art gym, ample swimming pool, indoor mailroom and the club house are to die for. Ambience on the well lit grounds is great with ample parking space and about 5 electric charging stations in this gated apartment complex. You will love it hiya!😘

Brand new apartment complex. Gated community. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Located off busy scenic highway (the front side). The back side dry quite near a school. I did not see any elevators (doesn’t mean that they do not have any). Swimming pool and workout room available. Charging for electric vehicles. Each unit has a beautiful patio.

I’ve really enjoyed living here this summer, especially with the pool being such a great spot to relax, my kids and i were here almost every day! I see there were a few photos floating around when the pool turned green, but that only lasted less than a week and hasn’t been an issue since. The team handled it quickly, and the water has been clean and clear all season. I’ve had friends over, and everyone has commented on how nice it is. It’s also worth mentioning that when i moved in, the property was going through a manager change at that time, Becca was just starting and has been amazing and since then everything has run smoothly. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and appreciate how responsive the staff has been in keeping things enjoyable for residents. Especially their events!!

My property leasing manager, Isa Lawson, went above and beyond to help me with my apartment transfer. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled correctly. She truly cares about the residents and keeping the community running smoothly, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. I truly appreciate her hard work. Just moved in and we have been very pleased with the entire move-in process. Ross has been incredibly helpful throughout and has made things very easy. The community is beautiful and all new construction so we are the first one in our new home! If you are lucky enough to take advantage of their movement specials, highly recommend.
