Madison Trail Apartments

Extremely happy with these apartments, very nice and clean and well maintained. Anne, the apartment manager is the absolute best, super friendly and very knowledgeable. The 1 bedroom apartment is very nice and very spacious. All service request completed very promptly as well. I would strongly recommend these apartments, stayed at another apartment in Altus and the manager was the rudest person. Great Management definetly makes for a happier stay.

I have been here 18 months and am not going anywhere. These apartments are the best of the best in Altus. Management is top notch and when I need it, maintenance is here immediately. I have never been happier! Also, the apartments are spacious and well maintained. Fantastic work Anne and Sal!

Nice complex for the city it is in. I believe this is as nice as it gets in Altus. However, if you like climate control, you may not want to lease apt 603. Climate control hasn't been performing well since around October 2020. It just kind of works, as long as it is not hot or cold outside. It is actually not working as I write this in June 2021. The automated feature does not work either, so you have to constantly turn it on and off manually. The automated feature was working fine last summer when I moved in, then it broke in the fall and it never worked again despite the ~10 maintenance tickets I submitted. Other apartments in the complex may be better.

The new management with Anne, Anna, Cris and previous maintenance man, Shawn, gave us excellent customer service while we were in Altus, OK. Maintenance job in the apartment were done as soon as you tell them. They are very friendly and helpful.

The management has changed 3 times in the 1.5 years I've been here. There isn't any real reason why the management changes, why the price jumps $50-$70 each time you have to renew, and when you have to move out you better hope that someone from the old management is still around or at least spoke to someone in the new management because otherwise you'll get screwed. You won't get your deposit back regardless of how or when you leave the apartment because they need to "do something more." DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
