As first time homebuyers we had an awesome experience with Madison Settlement. Our paper work was already prepared and correct!! the process was thorough and quick! No one I’ve talked to has had a closing go so smoothly! Robin was great in answering questions and stopping to make sure we understood.. Kristin did all the hard labor of making our paperwork perfect and staying on top of our deal! We were given copies and cards to everyone and everything. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing their services!

One of those moments you can never forget...I'm a hardworking, successful single mother and when I walked in to Madison to settle on my house I was greeted by a woman asking "And your husband is???" If someone is spending a few grand to close at your business at least take the time to read the paperwork beforehand. While you're at it see if you can stop reinforcing gender stereotypes. Yes I can afford to buy a nice house on my own. Update...when I sold the same house the seller chose this title company. Madison tried hard to make up for the treatment I received the last time, and said they had made some changes to protocols to prevent an issue like this from occurring again.
