Madison Place Apartments

Just want to give a big shout out to Kim the apartment manager. She’s been nothing but nice and helpful for various reasons. The best apartment manager I’ve dealt with, because she actually tries to solve the issues at hand rather than throwing a band-aid over it and putting it on to someone else. A true leader and would highly recommend doing business with her. The apartments are also a GREAT place to stay as well. Very safe/secure with a secure building, friendly neighbors, walking distance to stores, schools, churches. I love it!

These are nice apartments that are conveniently located near shops in town. Kim made the moving process so easy and was an amazing manager throughout my stay.

I know it’s just my first week and I should wait to gush, but I absolutely love it here. Kim is my favorite. The restaurants are unbeatable. Back and pretty quiet even though the movie theater can sometimes be popping. We are so happy in our new home. The little welcome package was soooo sweet. We are close to gorgeous parks and many retail/service/necessities as well. Thank you so much!!!

Lived here for a little over a year. Kim was the most understanding, thoughtful, & productive complex manager i’ve ever had. Not only did we LOVE living here, we loved the people we met along the way. We only moved because we bought a home, otherwise I would’ve probably tried to stay here forever 😂. Miss it already
