Great manager at the property, She is always willing to help and make sure she's satisfying her tenants and walk in customers. Very good with order filling and always smiling. Also the property is in a great and convenient area, 2 minutes from the highway and can be downtown in 10 minutes.

Truly the best place , with the best customer service representatives. Very quiet and clean place, every morning when I go at work there is maintenance lady that picks up every single piece of paper and makes sure she wishes you a “good day”.To me looks more like a vacation place because it’s so quiet, the moving process with the very small requirements and the move in special...couldn’t find any better!!!!Unlimited parking spots !!!The representatives from the office they treat you like family and that is truly what matters!!!!The apartment is super clean, new windows, new appliances and even the lock was changed in front of me!I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

New ownership took over this summer and you would not believe the improvements that have been made. Previously, there was very little care taken. The grounds were a mess and the units were worse. The whole complex is being turned around. The units have been remodeled including new windows. The exterior has been cleaned up and is being painted. The parking lot has been re-done. The manager, Dave, is awesome. I couldn't be happier with this apartment complex.
