I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I’m counting down the days until my lease ends so I can finally move out. This has been the worst experience in my first year renting in the United States. From the outside, my apartment looks decent, but it’s extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Maintenance is painfully slow. I had a leak in my bathroom that destroyed the entire ceiling, and it took them a month to fix it. They would do repairs upstairs without warning, even though I slept during the day because I worked at night, and the constant noise made it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, the new upstairs neighbors are noisy all the time, every footstep can be heard in my unit. The management and leasing office staff have terrible attitudes, are completely unhelpfu
This place switch managers so often I hardly know who to complain to it’s ridiculous. The staff is very impatient and rude ! This is one of the conditions I’m living in my ac leak puddles and heater didn’t work months after complaining they replaced the unit and fixed the ceiling not even two days later the leak is back ! I’m paying for updated appliances and they gave me a old fridge that makes a lot of noise they get upset when you ask for help or keep calling it’s better to get insurance and take them to court because you’ll loose your mind trying to live comfortably in Madison park
Been here about 10 years an there's always a new management company, property owner, or office staff. Can't get mail since they haven't gotten a new key yet for my apartment an it's been over 2 years. Don't get me started on parking. Paying for covered parking doesn't guarantee your car will not be towed because it most certainly will. Tow truck driver told me they don't care who pays for a parking spot they go by the online parking bs site which only allows 1 car perq apartment even though it's a 2 bedroom. Only 1 person is allowed to be registered to park as a resident an the other must register as a guest an that only can happen a few times until you aren't allowed to register to park in a spot you actually for. An there are 3 or 4 different tow trucks the prowl an creep the property al
Madison Park Apartments are SLUM Apartments. I hate this place. Unfortunately I am still here. That's because I'm on a waiting list for very nice place. So again I am admonishing anyone that wants to move here. Don't do it. They will raise your rent. Without fixing a damn thing. By the way I still have all the major cracks in my wall due to the foundation issues. I still can't open my sliding door for over a year due to foundation issues. I pray everyday that I leave this hell hole. So keep your money and run from this place as fast as you can.If you need help after hours don't count on the management. No one answered the phone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I HAVE NO HEAT NOW 😞 Hello I wanted to update you on my latest post on the Madison Park apartments. Un
I wish I could give this place negative stars…. I lived here for a little less than 6 months and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY apartment complex. They switched management 3 different time and one of those times had a change in leasing companies. The original company that I signed my lease with offered pest control and it kept the roaches and bugs at bay and when the new management company took over pest control was non existent but was still an expected expense. My rent was originally $695 and on my first rent statement from the new company it had jumped nearly $100 dollars on the new statement without water being included. About a month after the new company took over a fire happened that resulted in my door being kicked in by the fire department and the office had no c
