Madison Park Apartments

I was in the Madison Park Apartments for well over a year. I really enjoyed it. Great location in town. Parking was easy and came with plenty of access to detached garages. Aspects of the unit and buildings were well maintained. The front office was and maintenance staff was very easy to communicate and work with. Albert, who is in charge of maintenance, was a major highlight. Anytime there was an issue with something, he’s come over pretty much right away. Throughout my time there, outside of minor things, there at some point was a leaky garbage disposal, a leaky toilet, a faulty blind, and an issue with the washing machine. Those issues were resolved very quickly with no charges to the account. Albert was easy to call/text, and would be over to assess the situation and formulate a plan

Albert is amazing! An Apartment complex can crumble quickly without a strong maintenance system. This place would be no different, Albert is amazing! Albert always showed great communication, and was very efficient. Before he arrived, it seemed to be a complete mess, & since he has been there, I & others living at the complex where very happy to have someone keep such good care of us & the apartments.

Moved in 9 months ago. Love it here. The property manager Maddie is great and very helpful. Albert on the maintenance team is great and timely fixing the very few things we've needed which was only the fans as we moved in and later a closet door.

This apartment seemed like a terrible decision initially when I moved in March of 24. I felt like I couldn't even keep my dirty boots outside the door with coming up missing. There was constant music playing and the grounds were not kept up, there were chicken bones and beer cans everywhere. I had to pull chicken bones wrapped in paper towels out of my dogs throat more then I should have. With that said it has gotten much better. Our maintenance manager Albert is on top of everything. He keeps the grounds clean and checks on tenants like myself regularly. With the ice and snow arriving I have seen Albert out there salting the sidewalks alongside the company who's actually responsible for this task. Im sure maintaining and fixing the units is not an easy task because I've seen how some o

I Loved living here. About to move only cause I’m moving into my boyfriend’s place. But the maintenance man, Albert, couldn’t have been better as he always responded immediately, and fix any issue day or night. It will be sad leaving, but happy that the residents that live there are actually cared for!
