Madison Midtown

If I could give zero stars I would...looked online saw the apartments on Zillow went to midtown Madison website looked at apartments said office was open drove down there signs all around now leasing, open but nobody was there note on door says you need to call this number to schedule a tour called no answer left a voicemail saying I was at the "office" looking to apply that was at 9:00 am recieved a call back at 2 the guy said we just open up and started making excuses as to why they are closed and won't be available to the following Monday I just hung up. Who just opens up and then take a week off and still advertise they are open wasting everyone's time why bother opening up for just one week not going to rent from this place hopefully they get better management

It’s impressive to see how well-run this community is right after opening. The customer service has been excellent—responsive, professional, and welcoming. Everything feels organized and intentional. Highly recommend!

I was able to have a very smooth , transparent and east touring / potential future resident experience with Anna. She made me really optimistic about moving into this beautiful property!
