Our experience joining the Madison Chase community has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, we have felt welcomed and supported. I especially want to thank Jennel for her incredible professionalism and care. She is thorough, organized, and genuinely friendly—always placing herself in the tenants’ shoes to ensure everything is as close to perfect as possible. Jennel goes above and beyond, truly moving mountains and advocating for residents in every way she can. Thank you, Madison Chase, for making our first home such a wonderful experience!

Where do I start !? I’m sooo happy with my new home. I cannot thank Jennel enough for all her help during my move in process. I have been trying to get into Madison chase for years and the timing was always off for me but Jennel was ALWAYS so patient with me and so professional . She was caring, very cooperated, very communicable, understanding, patient and professional, even when we had problems dealing with the people who was assisting my son, (City of West Palm Beach) was awful with their communication, getting back in a timely manner with Madison Chase, Janele still continued to help my Son Madison Chase was striving in all direction to assure that he gets the proper assistance from the City of West Palm Beach.
