Madison At Bear Creek Apartments

Poor management experience. Just a day before my scheduled move-in, management tried to switch me to a different unit than the one I had already signed a lease for. Additionally, they failed to disclose renovation-related fees in the lease and later claimed they couldn’t resolve the issue due to “corporate policy.” Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I’m not really big on reviews. But ever since the new people in the office been here I believe the managers name was Michelle Cole I believe. She is a very welcoming open person taking ideas into consideration and putting people needs before her own. One could say she treats the residents like her on family at least I know that’s how I felt when I encountered her. She has a huge personality and she handles her business even if there is a problem or confrontation she resolves it in a timely manner. The maintenance team loves working for her I hear nothing but great feedback from the other residents and to be honest ever since she took over the apartments have been running smooth. Anytime I ask for things to get done, they always get right on it. I never have any issues with Maintenance Because things always get resolved. And the people in the front office are always so kind and friendly. When I first moved in, I had a much smaller apartment at timber walk, but recently I had a baby and needed to transfer into a bigger apartment. This place is wonderful. They are attentive and dedicated to their work. They help newcomers by showing humanitarian warmth. The rooms are very good, comfortable, and hygienic. The workers are knowledgeable about their work.
