One of the most horrific situations, after Legacy management took over the environment became very dangerous. Nick Suisville refuses to enforce any rules or tenants rights unless he likes them. I have been spit on, had a dog sicced on me, has a machete waved at me while telling me o won't be in this building for long, had two tires slashed and my car egged, and the entire property is surrounded by feces and urine smell that they continuously make excuses not to clean. Often the trash situation becomes wildly out of control. And Nick Suisville chooses who's rights and leases matter and who's don't. He allowed my harassers to take my parking spot for 3 weeks refusing to enforce my contract, and then after one complaint sent notices to protect the parking spots of men. This is a very dangerou

Madison apartments is a terrible place to live. Parking lot is very small and poorly Maintained. Very little light in the parking lot at night. I even had an attempted break in one night on my vehicle and the management will not put up more lights or even cameras. The parking lot also floods every time it rains and makes a mess. The drains outside are completely plugged and haven’t been cleaned. Homeless are always walking through the parking lot or digging in the trash. The rooms also have a really bad mold problem and the bathrooms are gross. Theres also very poor insulation in the apartments as you can never keep them cool or warm. Just moved from there my dad still lives there they have done a lot of updates on the apartment the parking lot is still small but it’s assigned parking with parking behind us available. No bed bugs or other bugs and the house stays pretty cool/warm

Absolutely awful service and place to live in. They updated my rent to be 1780 and claimed up more of our deposit when we had the upstairs neighbor have a water pipe break. It effected our apartment room, and damaged the carpet they put in. We have bed bugs, pests crawling in our cabinets, and there’s usually a dispute across the street or with the Neighbors dogs that ends up in us coming out of our unit to do something. Legacy property management has little to no respect for anyone living here. Please rethink your options!!!

Not a bad place. Good location with groceries and convenient shops close by. But some units have mold issues.
