Pros: The rent remains relatively economical and fair despite annual increases and hidden fees. The micro-studio includes some furnishings and I never encountered any issues with the shared kitchen. Overall, it is a decent option for someone who is single and looking for a budget-friendly living arrangement. Cons: Management seems inexperienced and disengaged. Mid-lease rent hikes attributed to vague “transaction fees” raises ethical red flags. Some marketing claims are misleading, likely due to a lack of competence rather than intentional deception. Move-out was frustrating, involving unnecessary back-and-forth because staff failed to review the lease and move-in inspection form. Tired, dark and sad building and apartments. High-ish credit score expected, notwithstanding that if your credit is good you would never want to live here. If your score is less than stellar, expect to pay a much higher deposit. On the bright side, the location isn’t bad.

Very reasonable apartment for a single person - living there for a year was a pleasure. Great price to value for Seattle. My only reservations are very slow to respond management and maintenance of the common areas. You need to wait forever to get a response re any question. Areas are designed well, but not maintained properly. You get what you pay for.

PROS : Relatively new, open on May 2017. ECONOMICAL units, most are MICRO-STUDIOs, included basic/essentiall FURNISHING. Rent covers ALL UTILITIES. In addition there is a complimentary WI-FI, a SHARED KITCHEN with a WASHER and DRYER and a BICYCLE STORAGE/INDOORS PARKING. CONS : Significant FLAWS due to INAPPROPRIATE and IRRESPONSIBLE management ("Cornell and Associates Inc.") and the on-site manager (the first one was a poor choice, the second one, as well, is a misfit). SELFISH and CARELESS tenants.
