Madera West Apartments

Since the new property management team took over, Madera West Apartments has improved so much. The community feels more cared for, and the changes are noticeable. The new property manager, Alisandra, is incredibly sweet and helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and residents feel valued. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the tenants and the property. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a well-managed, welcoming community!

Management were great! I called to inquire about a place and even turned in an application. The manager Walt was very friendly. He has a great sense of humor. And his dog was just as awesome. Even though it barked when I shut the door on it, it was a really sweet dog with it's own unique personality.This past week I called to check up on my application and the woman answered the phone. I didn't catch her name. She was just as friendly. She was really helpful. She even helped me correct a mistake on my application regarding my income. I was hoping I wouldn't get into the current place I got approved for but due to the timing I have to take the first offer. I would recommend this place. This is a great place to live; I lived here for 2 years 9 months. Walt Andersen is a strict military guy; but he runs this place in an awesome way. The apartments are great space wise; the parking spots also great and plenty. Maintenance guy Josh Sanudo is very professional and quick responses. Very secure place; you literally can sleep with your door unlocked. Cameras all over the place. Walt has done a great job vetting all the applicants. Hard working families live in this place. It is a shame that I had to move due to job relocation. Thanks Madera West Apartments for the great time you provided for me while living there.

I just recently moved from Madera West Apartments after having lived there for nearly 4 years. I found these comments to be false accusations perhaps made out of frustration from personal issues. If you pay your rent on time, are considerate of your neighbors (and that includes management), are respectful of your property and it's surroundings, Madera West can be a pretty good place to live. If you can't live by these very basic rules and standards, as with all things in life- there are consequences. I never once had an issue with the manager Walt, nor do I believe he had a problem with me.To personally and publicly trash one's character and reputation without valid reasons is wrong and perhaps a quick look in the mirror would help identify where the real problem lies.
