Madera Apartments

This place dose alot of inspection 4-6 a year it kinda gets annoying had neighbor that dosent clean her apartment with over 10 ppl living in her apartment and her children dosent come out unless it night time but when they send those notice out... her apartment stinks she would then take her trash out and clean it when there only inspection comes.....its disgusting

If you live there over 10years they will kicked u out

I found the manager very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. Very people oriented. My wait to get into these apartments was long, but it's been worth it. After viewing my apartment for the first time I was close to tears I was so happy.

This apartments don't have good manager. They hire people that are unqualified to manage these apartments and also harass residence with false reports. I was a victim of one of them residents that used to live there I was harassed and falsely accused another residence responsibility that I did not do took him to court won and lost when I meant by that is they talked to my lawyer without me being there and gave him money to drop or take a plea deal and I will serve 7 days to move out of my apartment I revise never to move in this kind of area it's not worth to live until they update the management or the company

Wonderful staff, excellent maintenance personnel, and safe houses. Also bilingual!
